UPI deposits typically clear in under sixty seconds. Once you confirm the payment in your UPI app and the transaction status shows success, the amount appears in your 0qqq wallet without any manual step needed on our side.

A Paytm pending status usually resolves on its own within five minutes. If the status has not updated after ten minutes, copy the Paytm transaction reference and send it to live chat. We will match it against our payment records and credit your wallet manually if the funds cleared on the Paytm side.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment rail used for the deposit whenever possible. If you deposited via PhonePe, your withdrawal will route through PhonePe. This is a standard verification practice to confirm the account holder. Contact support if your deposit method is no longer active.
